Does Elements of Grace use lab-created or imitation gemstones?

In a word, no.  Elements of Grace™ only uses natural gemstones. 

What is the difference between plated, vermeil, filled, and solid metal?

Gold Plated: The application of a precious metal, like gold, onto another metal (often brass, copper, or nickel).  The plating has to be at least 0.5 microns thick.  Because it’s so thin, it accounts for less than 1% of the total weight of the item.

Gold Vermeil: The process of vermeil is very similar to plating with two key differences.  The precious metal must be applied to another precious metal (sterling silver) and it must be at least 2.5 microns thick.  For reference, a typical coffee filter is 20 microns thick.

Gold Filled: Two-three layers of solid gold wrapped around a non-precious metal (usually brass).  At least 1/20 of its weight needs to be made from real gold.    

Solid Gold: Highest percentage of gold by weight, more resistant to tarnishing because it has the same metal throughout, almost always the most valuable of option, and has the most longevity.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

After placing an order with Elements of Grace™, you will receive two emails.  The first email is a confirmation email; the second email will contain your tracking information.  If you do not receive these emails, please contact us at to confirm your order.

What if I need to cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped, we may be able to cancel the order.  Please contact us as quickly as possible via phone or text at 346-396-4341.

Please note that special orders and custom orders are subject to loss of deposit(s) if canceled.


Where do you ship? 

We ship anywhere in the United States, its Territories, and its Commonwealths.  This includes the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Do you ship to U.S. Military Bases?

Yes, we love our military and are so grateful for their service!  We ship to any military base operated by the United States that can received packages via the United States Postal Service, UPS, or DHL. 

When will I receive my package?

Your jewelry is packed and shipped with special care.  Orders shipped to locations within the continental United States generally arrive within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase (often sooner).  Orders shipping outside of the continental United States may take a few days longer due to transit requirements.

Refunds/ Exchanges

 What is your refund/ exchange policy?

We at Elements of Grace™ want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  We accept returns of items that have been unworn, unused, and are in their original packaging when returned.  This is critical to ensure the integrity and purity of the jewelry and apparel that we carry.  Should you need to request a return, it is required that you contact us within ten (10) days of receipt of the merchandise by phone at 346-396-4341 or email at  Please provide your order number and reason for the return/ exchange.

You will have 10 business days to return your order by UPS.  The returned order must be insured for the full retail value and the items but be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.  Upon receipt of the returned items, Elements of Grace™ staff will inspect the goods to determine if they are in saleable condition.  Upon receipt of the goods, Elements of Grace™ reserves the right to deny any refund or make deductions from refund amount if the returned merchandise does not meet the above stated return policy requirements.  Approval of return authorizations or exchange authorizations is solely at the discretion of Elements of Grace™.
