Refund policy

We at Elements of Grace™ want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  We accept returns of items that have been unworn, unused, and are in their original packaging when returned.  This is critical to ensure the integrity and purity of the jewelry and apparel that we carry.  Should you need to request a return, it is required that you contact us within ten (10) days of receipt of the merchandise by phone at 346-396-4341 or email at returns@elementsofgrace.com.  Please provide your order number and reason for the return/ exchange.

You will have 10 business days to return your order by UPS.  The returned order must be insured for the full retail value and the items but be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging.  Upon receipt of the returned items, Elements of Grace™ staff will inspect the goods to determine if they are in saleable condition.  Upon receipt of the goods, Elements of Grace™ reserves the right to deny any refund or make deductions from refund amount if the returned merchandise does not meet the above stated return policy requirements.  Approval of return authorizations or exchange authorizations is solely at the discretion of Elements of Grace™.

Custom/ Special Order merchandise and items that have been altered in any way may not be returned.
