This pendant has been designed with three imperfectly perfect shaped balls of silver mounted along the bail that connects to the fine silver bezel-set Wild Horse gemstone to represent our amazing Creator, Redeemer. Just as He required that no stone which had been chiseled be used for His alters, the balls of silver have not been perfectly rounded off.
The Wild Horse gemstone in this necklace alludes to light and dark separated and stars set into the night sky.

The Heaven Sent™ jewelry collection was inspired by the angels that walk among us. The Bible says that we entertain angels unaware. “Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers for thereby some have entertained angels unaware.” (Hebrews 13:2).
At a recent pop-up event, a young man about 10 years old walked into my “store” looking to purchase something for his mom. He said that he was going to save up his money, but as he looked around, the look on his face went from blissful to disheartened. He knew that the jewelry was more than he could afford.
That discouraged look on his face led me to go home that night and make a pair of earrings that would become the foundation of the Heaven Sent™ collection. (Yes, he was the first to get a pair of earrings from the collection.)
Later, as I was creating the advertisement for Heaven Sent™, I was reminded by the floating pennies of the pennies that my mother and I would find after my family lost my little brother over a decade ago. She tells the story of how this little boy that she and my father raised would always leave little treasures in his pockets. She would find them along with all of his pocket change when she was doing the laundry. That story led to the charm necklace which is a part of this collection.
We must always remember every day that we entertain angels unaware. Every person that we interact with is a blessing, but we may not recognize the blessing at that time. The blessing may be revealed to us at a later date, still there is always a blessing in every encounter.

Just like this necklace there are layers to the personality of God; we do not see his whole personality at once. As for the gemstone, it is extremely unique. It is found in only one location in the entire world, a mineshaft near the Portage Lake region of Michigan. This gemstone, Kingston Conglomerate, is considered part of the family of rock (tholeiitic basalt) that is normally found in towering mountain ranges where there is currently or has been in the past volcanic activity. But just like Jesus who condescended to walk among us (Emmanuel), Kingston Conglomerate (aka Copper Rose) condescended from the towering mountain ranges where its rock family friends are normally found. Instead, it is found in Michigan where there is a nearly fairly accessible mountain range of low peaks called the Huron Mountains. This single source is within a mine that has 96 levels and only has been found at drill hole #35.

When I first started to work on this pendant, I wasn't sure what it would signify. Thoughts ran through my head about levels of faith, the seasons that we go through, but those didn't seem to fit. It finally came to me while I was spending time in His word, specifically Isaiah 9, after completing the pendant - Jesus shines through us and all around us. He is our guiding light, "Prince of Peace", our "Good Shepherd", and "our Everlasting Father."
